OUR STORY
In 2013, we discovered Pchelinski Bani, just an hour from Sofia, and found more than a place - we found a feeling. The quiet of the mountains, the warmth of the mineral waters, and the way time seemed to slow down made it clear: this was where we belonged.
We started with a simple weekend house, but the magic of this place inspired us to create Villa Sokol and Villa Kalina, spaces designed for your comfort. Here, you’ll find a 40°C thermal pool to soothe your senses, private jacuzzis under a sky full of stars, and gas grills for unforgettable meals with family and friends.
The names Sokol and Kalina reflect what we hope you’ll feel here - the freedom of the open air and the beauty in the natural surroundings.
This is where your story begins. Wake up to coffee on the terrace, spend your days in the warmth of mineral waters, and end your evenings sharing laughter by the fire. Every detail is crafted to make your stay unforgettable.
Your perfect escape is waiting.

BELMEKEN
Belmeken Dam is part of the Belmeken-Sestri-Chaira cascade, located at 1910 m above sea level along the Sestrimska River in the Rila Mountains. The dam has the highest embankment of the dam on the Balkan Peninsula, and its name translates as "Famous place".
In the eastern part of the Rila Mountains it is the highest mountain reservoir, collecting part of the waters of the rivers Maritsa, Struma and Mesta.
As a location we have chosen a high and easily accessible place, which reveals a fabulous view along the entire dam.
OSTRICH
The farm breeds "black African ostriches", so named because of the plumage of males.
The farm has a restaurant where you can eat ostrich omelets and the incomparable ostrich steak.
Visitors can buy a variety of souvenirs and clothes made from ostrich eggs and feathers. Very often visitors to the farm are rewarded with an attractive "love dance" performed by male ostriches, who love to be in the company of guests of "Ostrich Fun".
